“How I created my AI assistant (and how you can make yours, without the hassle)

I'm super excited to share with you a project close to my heart this month.

I've been working on creating an AI assistant that makes writing content easier.

The idea grew out of a very real need.

As a part-time CMO, I was juggling the creation of different types of content for an SME, and I wanted to go faster without losing quality.

You know the subject by heart: writing customer cases, adapting the tone for each audience, while remaining faithful to the brand. Time-consuming, repetitive, but indispensable.

So, after months of using LLMs and prompts, I thought: why not create my first AI assistant?

BrighTone was born of this desire to use generative AI to have a personalized tone and style right from the first draft. And as with any tool, your expertise remains key, but the idea is that it optimizes your workflow like never before.

This assistant helps you write customer cases and success stories for your personalized campaigns, quickly and efficiently. It adapts to your style.

Why “BrighTone”? The name is a nod to the Brighton School, which revolutionized storytelling in cinema in the 19th century. This cinematic movement invented cutting, editing, close-ups... In short, they transformed the way stories were told.

With BrighTone, we're aiming for the same thing: to illuminate your ideas, find the right tone, and captivate your audience with perfect rhythm.

How did I create it? It's super-simple, even without advanced technical skills. Everyone can do it here:

You choose a suitable AI template: I used OpenAI, a hyper-accessible tool that offers a solid foundation for creating intelligent assistants.

You customize with prompts: I spent time writing clear and precise instructions (the famous “prompts”) to guide the AI. You don't need to be a code expert, you just need to know what you want the tool to do.

You test and refine: I experimented by adjusting the prompts at every stage. Every little adjustment improves the quality of the content produced.

You create a simple workflow: I structured all this with a series of interactions in the chat, so that the tool is hyper-intuitive to use, even for someone new to it.
